BookingToKeys is run by Coderedge, India.
What we can and can't see
Everything you enter — projects, payments, amounts, notes, loans — is encrypted on your device before it is sent to our server. The key never leaves your devices in readable form, so we cannot read your figures, and neither can anyone who gains access to our servers.
To run the service we do process:
- Your sign-in identifier (Google account email, or mobile number if you use OTP), handled by Google Firebase Authentication.
- Encrypted records and the times they were created or changed.
- Encrypted copies of your data key (locked with your recovery code or passkeys).
- Standard technical logs kept by Google Cloud (IP address, device type) for security.
Why
Only to let you sign in, store and sync your encrypted ledger across your devices, and keep the service secure. We don't sell data, show ads, or share it for marketing.
Where
Data is stored with Google Cloud Firestore in [region, e.g. asia-south1 (Mumbai)].
Your choices and rights
- Export your payments as CSV at any time from the Payments tab.
- Delete your account and all data from Settings → Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
- You may request access, correction or erasure of personal data, and raise grievances, at [email]. We respond within [30] days.
Important
Because we can't read your data, we can't recover it. If you lose your passkeys, your device PIN and your recovery code, your data cannot be unlocked by anyone.
